Wreckage

There’s a ship’s wreckage in my soul
Covered with seaweed waving in the flow

Bizarre fishes live in it
They swim in circles and they fight

When the storm makes it shake
Its splinters make my heart bleed

The ship’s name has been erased
By my anger and by time

It’s shape reminds me of the love
I sailed on but I never made mine.
