A promise

HeavyCloud

And I will let for once
All my defences down
Naked but not afraid

And I will close my eyes
Not trying to get sleep
Glad to be still awake

I will not watch my steps
Because my fear of falling
Is just a chance to take

And I won’t look for love
I’ll just look somewhere else
Numb but alive again.
